I Wish The World…

iwish

I am trying so hard not to be angry with the world.

I have to remember it is not their fault since they were not informed by the media‘s lack of coverage, of any of the bombings that happen almost daily in Palestine… Or the bombings in Turkey… Likewise in Iraq and Syria, etc. They were/are innocent people too and just as important.

If only they got their silent moment of remembrances too, by way of a cartoon, a flag over a photo, etc.

I wish the world would not appear so one sided.

Mainstream media is @*#¥ at covering news equally / independently. Much of their content is being controlled, omitted or manipulated if anything.

We know because of our family connections here at there so we are aware of the differences in all of the media we access. Those otherwise, aren’t made aware unless they seek that knowledge, the truth for themselves.

Except, some people, who do come across the information, will choose ignorance instead which can be bliss – for them. And it is their behaviour which dictates who stays in their lives.

Sad but oh so very true.

Patience is a virtue….

Bargain Hunt

Watching ‘Bargain Hunt’ today, I momentarily wished they corrected or at least edited out a mistake one of their bargain hunters had made before airing it.

She had said, “Palestine in Jerusalem”..

palestine

Erm…

Jerusalem is in, Palestine.

Really.

A Time For Giving

Giving is the key to happiness.
Giving is the key to happiness.

On this festive day, we have chosen to remember the children, families devastated by war and donated two extra large laundry bags full of our clothes, shoes and blankets. All just for them.

May they receive it well, finding some solace and hope in it.

‘Tis (always) a time for giving… 🙂

Shame On The Ayes

As wise Jeremy Corbyn’s head drops in despair (NOT humiliation as some may try to pass off) when the result of the MP’s votes was announced, my heart as well as many others I am sure, relatively sank with the added increased sense of fear.

My very first thought was “Shame on the ayes…”

shame

David Cameron’s earlier accusation of any potential ‘noes’ being “Terrorist Sympathisers” was extremely insulting yet a desperate bullying tactic. Does he not know he is joining forces in terrorising innocent civilians?! There as well as here.

One word of advice: the correct name or word to use is “Daesh” not the so-called IS / Islamic State branding to identify the terrorists by.

The less said, the better.
